• Advising technology, gaming, fintech, and e-commerce clients on compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), including privacy policies, data protection clauses, and breach response protocols.
• Advising Saudi gaming and technology startups on pre-seed funding rounds, platform launches, gaming development agreements, SAFE notes, and intellectual property matters.
• Advising a multinational client on the establishment of a Saudi joint venture relating to an AI-powered online home-services platform.
• Drafting and negotiating software licensing, technology services, IP licensing, digital platform, and commercial agreements for clients operating in Saudi Arabia.
• Advising clients on regulatory filings and compliance matters before the Communications, Space & Technology Commission, Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, and Ministry of Media.

Commercial 

• Advising Al Sulaiman Group on its partnership with Circle K relating to the rollout of branded fuel stations across Saudi Arabia.
• Advising Bin-Shihon Group in connection with exclusive agreements with Eni Sustainable Mobility S.p.A. relating to the import and distribution of fuel products.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution, services, licensing, and operational agreements across the technology, infrastructure, retail, and energy sectors.
