Prior to commencing his career in law, Tyler was a member of the 8th/12th Regiment of the Royal Australian Artillery in the Australian Army. It was during his military service that Tyler developed critical skills which aid him in dealing with complex and high intensity matters.
Tyler is a commercial litigator with experience in commercial debt recovery, subrogated recovery, insurance claims, insolvency and restructuring and trade practices compliance. Tyler has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in all courts in Australia.
