Alistair Kinley oversees our engagement in policy and public affairs with government departments and regulators across the UK and Ireland.
Alistair was a member of the Civil Justice Council of England and Wales (CJC) and worked on the Jackson reforms.
He led our activity in the European Motor Insurance Directive review and coordinated our implementation of The Insurance Act 2015.
Alistair is an experienced commentator and regular speaker on legal and procedural reform. He is a contributing editor in "The Law Society’s (TLS) Litigation Funding Handbook". He also edits a chapter in "Bingham & Berrymans' Personal Injury and Motor Claims Cases."
He is a member of the Ogden Tables Working Party. They publish official actuarial tables of multipliers for use in personal injury claims.
