Ayaz Khoda is an Associate in the Healthcare Team, based in our Manchester office.

Ayaz advises and prepares cases on behalf of healthcare professionals in a range of regulatory, disciplinary, inquest and criminal matters.

This includes advising and defending practitioners in investigations / regulatory proceedings brought by the General Medical Council (GMC), General Dental Council (GDC), Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and General Optical Council (GOC) as well as NHS England and NHS Hospital Trusts.

Ayaz qualified at Clyde & Co in 2023, having previously undertaken in-house legal roles at the General Medical Council (GMC) and a local government authority.
