Prateep has extensive experience advising on matters requiring sophisticated structuring, regulatory sensitivity and seamless cross border execution. He has advised on acquisitions and joint ventures involving listed companies, multinational clients, private equity backed platforms and emerging technology businesses. His sector experience spans energy, infrastructure, technology and fintech, consumer and food & beverage, real estate and data center, hospitality, financial services and healthcare. His experience includes advising on some of Thailand’s largest and notable M&A transactions, particularly in the energy and consumer sectors. 

Beyond transactional mandates, Prateep plays an integral advisory role on corporate and regulatory matters assisting clients throughout their business lifecycle. He also has substantial experience acting as lead counsel on cross border transactions, coordinating closely with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions to deliver integrated and seamless solutions for clients.
