Robert has acted on behalf of a large number of social housing and social care clients in the defence of employers’ liability and public liability claims and litigation and has experience of property related litigation in the public housing sector.
He has specialist experience in dealing with international claims and those involving cross jurisdictional disputes in the context of leisure/holiday accidents and motoring accidents. He has also managed bulk numbers of modest value claims in addition to individual claims involving catastrophic injury.
Robert has long handled claims and litigation involving marine related and diving accidents in British waters and further afield. He is also responsible for the management of the costs team based in the Manchester office.
As well as being a Chambers ranked lawyer, Robert has been recommended by The Legal 500 for his work within Clyde & Co's top ranking Personal Injury Defendant team.
