Her reported successes include two Court of Appeal cases; Sam v Atkins [2005] involving a pedestrian, saving £1m and Brown v South West Lakes Trust and others [2022] EWCA Civ 18 arising from a fatal car accident in 2017 representing a landowner.
She has achieved considerable success from early liability investigations resulting in two discontinuances on multi-million spinal cord injury claims.
Sharon has a particular interest in chronic pain cases and heads up the National Chronic Pain Subject Matter Group, achieving some noteworthy results for her clients.
