Simon Megally serves as coverage counsel, advising domestic and international clients on complex insurance disputes with a focus on cyber issues. Simon worked for two years advising clients on coverage matters relating to cybersecurity, data privacy, and employee theft matters. Additionally, he has represented businesses and healthcare institutions in class action litigation relating to data breaches.
