Daniel is a Senior Associate in the Data Protection & Privacy team in our Dusseldorf office. He joined Clyde & Co in 2023.

Daniel supports clients on all aspects of German and European privacy and data protection law. Before joining Clyde & Co, Daniel worked at various international law firms where he advised on a wide range of privacy matters in the Gaming and MedTech sectors as well as international data transfer issues and employee data protection.

• Advising international companies in different industries regarding clients’ products and their implications for data protection and privacy law.
• Drafting and reviewing privacy policies, IT-framework agreements, data processing agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
• Managing and addressing data subject requests.
• Providing advice on complex data protection projects, including Intra-Group Data Transfer Agreements and Transfer Impact Agreements.
