Liam O’Reilly is an experienced senior associate with a broad litigation practice in commercial, civil and insurance litigation, including construction, negligence, bodily injury, subrogation, product liability, and professional liability. 

He was first called to the bar in 2017. He obtained his undergraduate degree and Master’s degree from the University of Victoria, and his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Liam’s academic legal scholarship on privacy law and damages has been cited approvingly by the Court of King’s Bench of both Saskatchewan and Manitoba. 

Liam takes pride in delivering practical solutions for his clients. Clients appreciate his ability to examine cases from every perspective, foresee potential obstacles, and craft actionable, strategic plans. His resourceful approach to problem-solving consistently produces successful results, both in and out of the courtroom.

Outside of the office, Liam enjoys hiking and camping with his two-year old rescue dog, Jane.
