Daniel Parsons supports clients with clear, practical advice across a wide range of legal issues. Daniel helps clients understand their risk, make informed decisions, and move matters forward with confidence.

Daniel focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage and defense litigation. He has experience defending state and federal court litigation on behalf of insurers and other private entities across a range of industries in Washington. Daniel works closely with clients to navigate legal risk and provide strategic advice in a manner that aligns with their commercial and personal objectives.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Daniel gained valuable experience handling insurance and complex civil defense matters at regional firms, commercial matters at a Seattle-based software company, and legislative and executive matters at the US Senate and US Federal Trade Commission.

Outside his practice, Daniel is actively involved in volunteering, particularly in poverty alleviation, civic engagement, and educational initiatives to support underemphasized communities across the Pacific Northwest.
