Sofia is an Associate in our Sydney office, specialising in privacy, incident response management of complex cyber incidents, digital governance and technology related disputes. Sofia advises on a range of incidents, including sophisticated ransomware attacks, business email compromises, funds misdirection, and third-party breaches across the legal, healthcare, retail, entertainment and financial services industry. Sofia provides timely end-to-end support during crisis situations, ensuring compliance with essential legal and regulatory frameworks. Sofia has experience in advising insurers on coverage and technology related liability claims.

- Obtained urgent court injunctions against cybercriminals to prevent the access, use, or dissemination of stolen or compromised data.
