Eva is a corporate partner in the Munich office of Clyde & Co and Chair of the firm’s Global Corporate & Advisory Group.
She has a broad experience of insurance regulatory and corporate insurance matters, having led on many insurance-related M&A and restructuring projects. Regarded by clients as a leading dealmaker, she focuses on projects including exit strategies for discontinued businesses, run-off and cross-border outsourcing service agreements, as well as mergers and cooperation agreements.
Eva was educated at the Universities of Freiburg and Düsseldorf and is qualified as a lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) in 1999.
Eva speaks German, English and French.
