Florian is an Associate in the Data Protection & Privacy team in our Dusseldorf office. He joined Clyde & Co in 2022 focusing on analytics and targeting as well as data breaches and supervisory authority investigations.

In particular, he supports companies in coordinating and communicating data incidents. He has proven experience in the field of cyber security, eg in dealing with supervisory authorities, data breach notifications and risk assessments to evaluate the necessity of notifications to data subjects.

Before joining Clyde & Co, he worked at an international law firm where he advised on privacy matters relating to employee data processing, customer analytics as well as IT platform contracts. Alongside his previous studies, he assisted digital agencies on implementing privacy standards during app development.
