Ashleigh is a part of the Coverage, Specialty and Reinsurance Team with experience in commercial litigation across various insurance lines, including financial lines insurance, professional indemnity, and property and assets.

She is a member of the South African cyber team, which forms a part of Clyde & Co’s global Cyber One offering and has experience in dealing with cyber security incidents and data protection issues. 

Ashleigh obtained her BCom Law and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand and joined Clyde & Co in 2022. 

Expérience

• General litigation in complex insurance disputes including assistance on large Covid-19 claims.  
• Instituting subrogated recoveries against third parties.
• Cyber Risk Management including experience in dealing with cyber security incidents and data protection issues.
