Karolina has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the healthcare, hospitality, and retail & consumer sectors.

Karolina is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and is a licensed lawyer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in English and American law from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom (2022), which included a year of study in Houston, Texas, United States. She also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law, London, in 2023. 

Prior to joining the firm, Karolina began her legal career at leading law firms in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Poland. 

She is fluent in English and Polish.

  • Advising on protective arrangements concerning a local ventilation systems manufacturer and drafting numerous related protective agreements.
  • Advising a Dutch petroleum company on corporate licensing compliance in UAE free zones.
  • Advising a leading UK architectural company on classification and corporate licensing requirements in the UAE.
  • Advising an international humanitarian charity on classification, corporate licensing and regulatory requirements in Dubai.
  • Advising an American manufacturer of power generation products on customs issues relating to the importation into the UAE and sale of power generation products.
