- Defended corporate executives, employees, and representatives in several 30(b)(6) depositions and direct examined plaintiffs in personal depositions.
- Argued motions in state court to obtain denial of plaintiff’s protective order and dispositive motion. Strategically obtained relevant plaintiff records through discovery motions.
