What is involved?

We have developed a series of innovative claims handling products. These products draw on the deep experience of our legal, forensic and fraud teams, to provide automated solutions that span the claims lifecycle. From the processing of new instructions, fraud screening, reserve and offer calculation, to settlement, and pursuit of recoveries. Our innovation platform  provides assistance with all of these tasks, offering guidance to claims handlers to enhance their capability and at the same time reducing our clients’ reliance on legal panel.

Our innovation product offering includes:  

  • MOJ Claims Manager – our end-to-end, automated process for handling MOJ Portal claims
  • Fraud Screen – an automated fraud screen against a variety of internal and external data sources
  • Costs Assessor – an AI tool that automatically reads solicitors’ costs letters to ensure completeness of information and assess whether proposed figures are correct
  • Loss of Earnings and Pensions Calculator – allows for calculation of past and/or future loss of earnings including pensions contributions
  • Recoveries Assistant – a batch processing tool for recoveries claims that can automatically generate a wide range of documents
  • Accommodation Claims Calculator – easy to use, and with the option to apply actuarial life expectancy or substitute with specific life expectancy
